Standard Credit Terms
Net 30 Days upon credit approval.
Other Credit and Payment Terms
Payment in Advance. All USA orders are subject to Sales & Use Tax, unless a current Sales Tax Permit is on file with Marco Industries.
Standard Freight Terms
Prepaid and add unless eligible for prepaid freight as noted below.
Marco Prepaid Freight Terms
Contact Marco for details regarding Prepaid Freight Terms based on order volume, composition, and location. Prepaid freight option includes all Marco products, excluding Universal foam.
Freight Carriers
Marco will try to accommodate customer requested freight lines but reserves the right to choose an alternate carrier.
Drop Shipments
All drop shipments are prepaid and added to the invoice.
Return Policy
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on file at Marco before materials will be accepted by Marco. Once approved material returns are received, Marco will issue credit. Non-defective merchandise, subject to a 25% restocking fee, must be returned freight prepaid. All specific made-to-order products are non-refundable.
